Mark Calitri serves as President of the Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Director of the Clermont Sports Development Corporation. Under Mark's leadership the CCCVB has risen to be ranked in the top 1% of all destination marketing organizations nationwide based on the number of hotels and product base.
Mark comes to the CVB with extensive hospitality and business experience and is very active in community development organizations. He attended Eastern Kentucky University, earning a degree is Business Management. He is married to Devon Calitri, an attorney in Northern Kentucky and has five children.
Sarah Gleason joined the Clermont County CVB in December of 2014 as Marketing and Communications Manager. Sarah has the responsibility of creating and maintaining the CCCVB destination marketing plan which encompasses all aspects of marketing, brand development, and media relations. Additionally, Sarah serves a vital role coordinating rowing events held in Clermont County, including the prestigious USRowing events. She also serves on the board of directors for Tourism Council of Greater Cincinnati.
Before joining CCCVB, Sarah worked in the hospitality industry at the Holiday Inn & Suites Cincinnati- Eastgate and The Golf Club at Stonelick Hills. Sarah holds a degree in Communication with focuses in Public Relation and Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Milford, Ohio with her husband.
Tracey Derico joined the Clermont County CVB in January, 2012. She brings to the CVB years of administrative and office management experience. As Office Manager for the CVB Tracey has responsibility for being first contact for both phone and onsite visits. As such she sets the tone for the office maintaining a professional and friendly environment for CVB business. She also serves as administrative assistant for the President Mark Calitri.
Immediately before joining the CVB Tracey worked as village clerk for the Batavia Ohio Mayor’s Office. Prior to the Mayor’s Office she served as Office Manager for the Northeast Christian Church in Warren, Ohio.
Tracey lives in Batavia with her husband , volunteers for her church, loves her grandchildren and enjoys a variety of hobbies including gardening and bicycling.
Margaret Bedilion joined the Clermont County CVB in August of 2015. She comes to the CVB with over 10 years’ experience in Sales and hospitality. As Sales and Event Manager, Margaret has the responsibility of growing corporate business coming to the area as well as servicing the groups.
Before joining CCCVB, Margaret was Senior Sales Manager at the Newport Aquarium, in Newport Kentucky. During her career she was named to an elite leadership group within Herschend Family Entertainment focusing on development and growth within the company and was responsible for growing wedding business in one year by 260%. Margaret holds a degree in Organizational Communication from Xavier University and she resides in Clermont County with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with family. She also can’t get enough of Xavier Musketeers!
Joel Barnhill is the new Director of Sports for the Clermont County Convention & Visitors Bureau. His role includes sports sales, event creation and planning, event operations, and sponsorship development. Barnhill is a veteran in sports event management and brings this expertise to the Clermont County CVB.
A native of Loudonville, Ohio, Barnhill holds two degrees from Miami (Ohio) University -- a bachelor's in liberal arts in 1987 (Navy ROTC Scholarship recipient) and a master's in sports organization in 1993. Upon graduation in 1987, Barnhill was commissioned and served as a U.S. Naval Officer in San Diego, California. He and his wife, the former Krysti Wittman, have two children.
Cathy joined the Clermont County CVB team in December of 2016 as Director of Events. In addition to helping coordinate all events that come into Clermont County, Cathy will be especially focused on helping increase the business of the Clermont County hotels by assisting incoming groups with coordination of overnight accommodations, and tracking hotel utilization.
Prior to coming to the CVB, Cathy worked for Kings Hammer Soccer Club, where she was the Revenue Generation Manager, with a focus on tournament hotel management and team registration. During her tenure with Kings Hammer, she developed a close working relationship with dozens of hotels in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Cathy holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky. She lives in Finneytown with her husband, Joe. They have two grown children, Katie and Stephen. Cathy loves to write books and spend time between April and November camping with her husband and their dog, Lillie.

Bob is also the founder of iDeaZone Marketing, LLC, a firm that specializes in branding, packaging, advertising, mobile marketing, new media and website development. Bob founded Get One Free, LLC in 1999, which features the consumer focused coupon website GetOneFree.com. To expand the Company's reach and offereings, iDeaZone was later formed in 2008 and Get One Free, LLC was merged into it.
In addition, Mr. Berendsen has owned and operated IllustratorsRep.com. This firm represents illustrators and photographers. Customers have included companies such as P&G, Chiquita, Hasbro, Kroger, Dial Soap, The Wall Street Journal and many top agencies and design firms. Mr. Berendsen is also the owner of several patents and trademarks.
Bob is currently a member of several other corporate Board of Directors and also serves as Secretary and is a member of The Board of Directors of the Covington Business Council (CBC).
